"When we are unable to visit the beach, collect sea shells, and watch a beautiful sunrise, it's nice to have something to spark the pleasant memories of days spent in sunshine and sand.
It is my hope the brilliant colors of the beautiful mother of pearl shell and pearl bead necklaces I've designed will do just that."

Mari designs handcrafted, limited edition, commissioned only, and one- of -a -kind jewelry. She enjoys using several mediums for her original designs such as polymer clay, gemstones, sea shells, batik, beads and wire.
During her college years, she designed quirky, fun earrings for herself and many classmates as statement pieces. Although her career path did not include art, she remained passionate about creating and designing jewelry, and is now a full-time jewelry designer, selling pieces online, and at private showings.

"Visual art allows me the opportunity to design wearable expressions of my creativity, and to share the designs with my customers."
