3:00 pm - 4:30 pm
Justin Sharpe, MPH, CHES
Pratt Master's Professional Development Program

This workshop allows Pratt master's students to work together and understand how the six dimensions of wellness relate to one another. During an interactive presentation, students identify and share which dimensions of wellness they feel the strongest in and where they see the opportunity for the most growth. This group environment allows students to hear first-hand from their peers on what worked and what didn't as it pertains to increasing their wellness. Students will also learn skills to reduce stress and anxiety through the promotion of self care.

Pratt Master's students can register for this workshop at wconline.pratt.duke.edu on the Professional Development Masters F19 Schedule.
