A faculty seminar open to interested guests featuring Barak Richman, the Edgar P. and Elizabeth C. Bartlett Professor of Law and Professor of Business Administration at Duke University, on "Stateless Commerce and Global Governance." These workshops are sponsored by the Mellon Foundation-funded yearlong Sawyer Seminar series on "Corporate Rights and International Law: Past, Present, and Future."
