Open Mindfulness Meditation at the Student Wellness Center
Join us as we continue to offer our open mindfulness series throughout the summer months until July 31st.
This wellness experience allows you to learn a new skill that will help you relax more and worry less while coming together with the greater Duke community.
All sessions will be held in room 148 in the Student Wellness Center with the exception of July 10th, 17th, and 24th. On those dates we will meet in Oasis West on the first floor of the Student Wellness Center.
Open to all Duke Students, faculty, and staff.
