Coronavirus Conversations

As we approach our fourth wave of COVID-19 infections, we have long since given up hope of containing the virus through shut downs, quarantining, and contact tracing. Still, local, national and foreign governments mounted multiple efforts-both traditional and tech-based-to engage in contact tracing, from which we can gather important lessons for the next pandemic. This past year, a team of Duke faculty, graduate students, and undergraduates has been researching and gathering data on how these efforts have gone.

Join Duke Science & Society and representatives of the 2020-21 Bass Connections team examining Covid-19 contact tracing, in a discussion of what we have learned from the last year of contact tracing efforts, in Durham, North Carolina, and beyond.
