The Duke Institute for Brain Sciences, the Duke Office of Faculty Advancement, and the Office of the Vice Dean for Faculty in the School of Medicine are sponsoring a series of workshops in October focused on inclusion and power dynamics. Faculty, graduate students, postdoctoral fellows, residents, research associates, and staff are invited to attend a series of practical, informative workshops on serious issues such as: identifying and addressing unprofessional behavior in the workplace; understanding Duke resources available to address inappropriate behaviors; gaining new perspectives on the role of power in professional relationships; developing skills in navigating the difficult conversations these issues raise
