Did you know more than one-third of American adults are not getting enough sleep? To help spread the word on sleep hygiene, the Duke Clinical Research Institute's (DCRI) Living Well program will host a webinar titled, "Catch More ZZZ's: How to go from Struggling to Sleeping Soundly," on Thursday, April 26 from 11:00 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. This event is open to the entire Duke community.

During the webinar, experts from the Duke Sleep Disorders Center will identify common sleep issues and share tips and resources on how you can get a great night's sleep. Additionally, participants will receive a sleep hygiene activity guide to promote positive sleeping habits and improve overall health. Those interested in participating can register through the Duke LMS.

Living Well provides various services and programs targeted to the DCRI community that align with Healthy Duke's five core areas:
- Food and nutrition
- Mental and emotional wellbeing
- Physical activity and movement
