In this interactive workshop, department chairs and other academic unit leaders, including DGS and DUSs, will discuss best practices and approaches to address challenging situations effectively and fairly and cultivate a respectful learning, research, and work environment. Participants will also get the opportunity to learn about key resources and offices on campus.
