The Hult Prize is a global social entrepreneurship challenge for undergraduate, graduate, and PhD students and is the world's largest platform of social entrepreneurs. Every year, the challenge centers around a new topic announced by the UN. This year, the topic is focused on youth employment and teams will aim to "develop an idea to provide meaningful jobs to 10,000 young people in the next decade". The Hult Prize finals event will feature the top 5 Duke teams pitching to a panel of judges, where the winning team will automatically advance to Regional Finals.

Teams have spent the last few months ideating and iterating on solutions to youth unemployment, and we hope you will join us in celebrating their hard work. We will conclude the event with a "mix and mingle" of students, judges, and social entrepreneurs -- this will be a great opportunity for you to meet other social entrepreneurs at Duke and Durham and for students to hear about all of the important work you're doing!

The event will take place on December 3rd from 6:30pm to 8:30pm at the Leaman Classroom of Fuqua Business School. Food and drinks will be provided. To RSVP, please email beini.yin@duke.edu with the subject line "RSVP to Hult Prize Finals".

We hope to see you there!

Best,
Hult Prize@Duke Organizing Team
