Minda Harts is an Adjunct Professor of Public Service of NYU's Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service. She is the founder of The Memo LLC, a career development company for women of color. In 2018, she was named one of 25 Emerging Innovators by American Express. And her book The Memo: What Women of Color Need To Know To Secure A Seat At The Table comes out August 20, 2019, with Hachette Book Group. She was named one of the most inspiring speakers for 2019 and the host of a popular career podcast called Secure The Seat.
