Panel discussion and movie screening exploring the challenges and solutions to address the gender gap in STEM. Featuring Karen M. Davis, Business Group CIO & VP of RTI in Research Computing Division, Maria Gorlatova, PhD. Assistant Professor of Electrical Engineering at Duke University and Sondra Rivers, Director of Global Markets Technology Division at Credit Sussie. The panel will be moderated by Joana Sipe, PhD Student in Environmental Engineering and the Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers National Graduate Board Member. Following the panel there will be a screening of the documentary, CODE - Debugging the Gender Gap (2015).
