Climate Conscious Dining

Climate Conscious Dining means thinking about the carbon footprint of the food you eat and because meat production, especially beef production, generates a lot of greenhouse gases, removing meat from your diet is one of the biggest things you can do to be a climate conscious diner. But if you're not ready to remove meat from your diet altogether, experts agree that simply reducing your overall intake of meat can help.
