Virtues & Vocations is a national forum hosted by the Kenan Institute for Ethics at Duke University for scholars and practitioners across disciplines to cultivate character in pre-professional and professional education. This summer, Virtues & Vocations will host Reimagining Education: Conversations on Character, Community, and Crisis. On Tuesday August 4, 2020 at noon join Emily Esfahani Smith, journalist and author of The Power of Meaning, for a conversation about "Social Upheaval and the Search for Meaning & Purpose." The hour's conversation will include opportunity for audience Q&A.
