Virtual CAPS Workshop- Befriending Your Inner Critic
Learn techniques that will help you embrace your relationship with your thoughts and emotions and re-connect with your true potential. We all have habitual thoughts and patterns that hold us back. Many are hearing their inner critics quite loudly as we are in quarantine and away from the busyness of our lives. Join with us to learn skills, practice mindfulness and engage in re-framing your thoughts and becoming more conscious and confident.
Must be able to register and attend all 4 sessions. (3/4, 3/11, 3/18, 3/25) from 12:00 - 1:00pm.
