Please join us for the next presentation in our 2021-2022 Duke Center for Autism Speaker Series! Our speaker will be Maya Corneille, Ph.D., co-director of the Collective Health and Education Equity Research (CHEER) Collaborative. Dr. Corneille's work uses both qualitative and quantitative approaches to examine reducing the negative impacts of racism and sexism on sexual health, HIV/AIDS prevention, cardiovascular health, and education leadership. Her work has been funded by the National Science Foundation, the National Institutes of Mental Health, and the Center for AIDS Prevention Studies at the University of California, San Francisco. She received her M.S. in Clinical Psychology and Ph.D. in Social Psychology from Virginia Commonwealth University. REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED.
