Please join Dean Judith Kelley as she speaks with Wyndee Parker '91, National Security Advisor for the Speaker of the House, on Congress' role in national security. Dean Kelley and Ms. Parker will discuss the national security responsibilities of Speaker Pelosi, the threats and challenges facing the United States, and how she went from a Duke undergraduate student to advising one of the most influential leaders on Capitol Hill.

Wyndee Parker has served as Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi's National Security Advisor since 2009 and was formerly Deputy Staff Director and General Counsel for the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence. Parker also serves on the American Bar Association Advisory Committee on Law and National Security. She holds a bachelor's degree from Duke University and a juris doctorate from the Ohio State University College of Law.
