Wednesday, October 18, 2017
12:30 pm - 1:30 pm

Join us for a conversation about the recent Supreme Court decision in Trinity Lutheran Church v. Comer, where the Court held that a state's denial of funding to a church for playground resurfacing violated the Free Exercise Clause of the First Amendment. Professors Ernest Young and Stuart Benjamin from Duke Law and Professor Bill Marshall from UNC Law will analyze the decision and provide thoughts and commentary. Sponsored by ACS and the Federalist Society. For more information, please contact Bryan Czako at bryan.czako@duke.edu or Patrick Butler at patrick.butler@duke.edu.
