For the first Intermezzo of the fall semester, visiting scholar Kim Kannler from the University of Diusburg-Essen will give a talk titled "Images for, by or about the working class? Television's staging of displaced perspectives in the urban context and its visual heritage." The talk will take place in room A266 Bay 10 on the second floor of Smith Warehouse from 5:00-6:00pm. Free and open to the public. Drinks and light refreshments will be available starting at 4:45 pm.
