The overall goal of the activity is to enhance learners' knowledge and improve their competency in the evaluation and treatment of patients with valvular heart disease, including aortic stenosis, pulmonary stenosis and mitral valve regurgitation. Topics include open surgical and transcatheter aortic and pulmonary valve replacement, open surgical and transcatheter repair for patients with mitral valve regurgitation, gross anatomy of valvular heart pathology and comparison with anatomic evaluation using CT angiography. Risk assessment, anesthetic options, FDA approved as well as investigational treatments will be discussed. Direct exposure and discussion of patient cases will be afforded during the symposium.

Registration is complimentary, but required. A live stream of the event on YouTube is also an option for those unable to join in person.
