- Identify a shame reaction in a medical learner and distinguish it from a guilt reaction
- Articulate the contributing factors and negative outcomes that may occur with shame in medical learners
- List specific strategies for supporting a learner experiencing a damaging shame reaction
- List specific strategies for creating psychologically safe learning environments that promote shame resilient approaches to learning
