Thursday, October 01, 2020
7:00 pm - 8:30 pm

Take a step back in time to look at how plants evolved and came to dominate the landscape in this online presentation with Alec Motten, associate professor emeritus, Duke University Department of Biology. Along the way we will discuss their role in providing food and habitat for animals, their varied interactions with animals, including reproduction and seed dispersal, and the amazing adaptations that allow them to thrive in diverse environments.

This is a four-session class that meets once each Thursday from 7-8:30 PM through October 22. Please register in advance to receive your Zoom link for the program via email: https://rsvp.duke.edu/d/6hqvkd/
