Speaker Bio: AJ Ford is VP of Skin Health with Medline Industries. He approaches the world as an analytical, data-driven marketing leader at Medline. With an engineering background, he examines problems from a different vantage point. He crunches the numbers and finds complex patterns to determine the most compelling value proposition, appropriate stakeholders, and optimal product pricing. He chose product management because it leveraged his Duke graduate education - a master's degree in Engineering Management (MEM) and a Master of Science in Biomedical Engineering - and allowed him to further explore the business side of healthcare.
