Lead1 President and CEO Tom McMillen will be joining the Future of College Sports Initiative for an exciting conversation on NCAA reform. In his role at Lead1, Mr. McMillen represents D1 Athletic Directors of the Football Bowl Subdivision. Prior to this role, Mr. McMillen was a Congressman, an 11 year NBA veteran, all-American college basketball player at the University of Maryland, and original member of the Knight Commission.
