Theology and Ethics Colloquium on 2020 Election & Christianity (Online)

Doctoral students at Duke Divinity School (DDS) and the Sanford School of Public Policy at Duke University will hold an annual Theology and Ethics Colloquium featuring a panel discussion between professors from the two schools on major themes involved in the 2020 election and Christianity. There will be a Q&A after the panel discussion.

Dr. Luke Bretherton, Robert E. Cushman Professor of Moral and Political Theology at DDS and senior fellow at Kenan Institute for Ethics, will moderate a panel consisting of Dr. Nina Balmaceda, consulting professor and missional strategist for the Center for Reconciliation at DDS; Dr. Quinton Dixie, associate research professor of the history of Christianity in the United States and Black Church Studies at DDS; Dr. Mac McCorkle, professor of the practice in the Sanford School of Public Policy; and Dr. Brent Strawn, professor of Old Testament at DDS and Duke professor of law.
