Pratt Master's Wellness Week Event: KORU Mindfulness
Join us for a short introduction to mindfulness and meditation followed by several mindfulness and meditation exercises. This session is for those new to meditation and mindfulness as well as those that already practice. There are no prerequisites for this session and no equipment needed. You will simply need to find a quiet place where you can safely close your eyes.
