Ryan Jablonski will present a paper titled, "How Foreign Aid Crowds Out Public Spending: Evidence from a Field Experiment in Malawi." This seminar is part of the Robert R. Wilson Lecture series. It is co-sponsored by the Department of Political Science, the Sanford School of Public Policy, and the Duke Program in American Grand Strategy.
