Reading and Book Signing by Divinity School Professor Amy Laura Hall at Regulator

The Regulator Bookshop will host a public reading and book signing by Amy Laura Hall, associate professor of Christian ethics at Duke Divinity School. Her fourth book, "Laughing at the Devil: Seeing the World with Julian of Norwich," was published in August by Duke University Press. In the book, Hall offers an impassioned, analytic, and irreverent reading of the medieval visionary known as Julian of Norwich, believed to be the first woman to have written a book in English.
