MEMP Seminar: Leading Supply Chain & Integration Operations
Claudia Sandoval has been an IBM Supply Chain Operations Integration Leader for the last year based in Raleigh. She has more than 11 years of experience in Guadalajara Mexico's Technology Campus and joined IBM in 2008 after an Internship Program.
Claudia's responsibilities include leading the transformation for Supply Chain while Integrating global teams in different organizations to unite as ONE Team, driving initiatives in Cognitive, Agile, Blockchain and representing IBM's Supply Chain externally. Claudia is committed to advancing global leadership development, as well as excellence in skills development and education. She is a member of the Systems Agile Excellence Award Board, Systems Skills Council, Technical Leadership Board and a Systems Agile Champion.Claudia's has held broad Global Supply Chain positions, previous roles include Global Quality Management, Procurement Quality Management, Transformation Leader for Guadalajara Campus, Global Commodity Management and Supply Assurance roles.
Claudia has a Master of Science in Quality Systems and Productivity specialized in Supply Chain and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Tec de Monterrey. She also is a Master Black Belt and a Certified Professional in Supply Management by Institute for Supply Management.
