Body Positive Yoga

In Honor of National Eating Disorders Awareness Week Celebrating Our Bodies Week February 24th-March 1st

You're invited to join Maggie MacLeod, MSW, LCSWA, RYT-500 for an all levels yoga practice emphasizing body acceptance and self-compassion. We will focus on moving in ways that feel good in our bodies, which may look different for everyone. Please wear clothes you can move in comfortably and try to arrive 10 minutes early. Mats will be provided. Beginners welcome.
