The Hertz Corporate Info Session

Hertz has a lot of different options for opportunities. We have internships, a Finance Leadership program for MBA and Master students, and entry-level analytic positions, all in our Corporate office in Estero, FL. We also have a national Branch Manager Trainee program that is featured in our Off-Airport locations. All the opportunities are paid, and feature exposure to our many professionals, varied in different points of their career. We have a lot to teach, but are always open to learn from you.

Our internships span from all our different departments from finance to HR to marketing. They last for about ten weeks within the following summer, but have previously extended in duration, or turned into full-time roles for students who graduated. We are proud of the influence our interns bring to the business. We also extend a lot of different services to our interns, including a developing housing program for those students who don't live in the immediate area.

Our Finance Leadership program will house graduate students within our finance/procurement department. It's a full-time role where you will help develop and construct our financial strategies. This program isn't rotational, yet it will have exposure to departments working adjacent to the program, allowing for literal moves if it's best for the employee. We screen these candidates in the fall to start in the late spring (after graduation.)
