Open Mindfulness Meditation at the Student Wellness Center
Join us for our weekly guided mindfulness meditation in the Wellness Center as a tool to decrease stress.
On the first and third Tuesday of each month we offer didgeridoo meditations. If you're used to using your breath as an "anchor" for your meditation, this is a chance to use the experience of sound to focus your awareness, instead.
Meet on the 1st Floor of the Student Wellness Center in Room 148 next to the Pharmacy every Tuesday at 11:00am for guided mindfulness meditation.
All levels of experience are welcome, and the sessions are open to all Duke students, faculty, and staff.
