For employees to be engaged in their work, they must grow in both knowledge and skills. Managers want employees to strive toward higher levels of performance, but how do employees grow as leaders? What kind of coaching does an employee need from his or her manager? This workshop will address why developing leaders through a coaching relationship is so important. We will explore several coaching methods and the competencies they require. The session will provide opportunities for developing your leadership philosophy through coaching.
