Duke at Home in the World

Roundtable presentation and discussion of innovative projects analyzing art history and visual culture in the world at Duke. Founded in 2009, the DAHVCRL is a unique learning and research environment at Duke that explores digital humanities methods in relation to big questions in art history and visual culture. Our projects focus on global examples that help us to explore especially the intersection of visual culture with questions around objects, spaces, and scale. Projects are vertically integrated with students, faculty, and staff involved in on-going research efforts. (For more information, see: ) Reception to follow.
