Exploring Careers in Child and Family Policy

Isabelle Brantley and Hannah Leedle will join us to talk about working on child and family policy as consultants.

Isabelle is a manager in The Bridgespan Group's New York Office. Since joining Bridgespan, she has worked with both philanthropic and nonprofit organizations focused on serving children, youth, and families, as well as furthering global development. Two of Isabelle's projects have focused on designing and implementing Big Bets. Isabelle joined Bridgespan as an experienced consultant from Monitor Deloitte, where she worked with public and social sector clients addressing issues such as transparency in the extractive industries and local government innovation. She started her career working in affordable housing policy in NYC and Washington, DC. Isabelle holds a Master of Public Policy from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and American studies from the University of Virginia, where she graduated Phi Beta Kappa.

Hannah is senior director of social impact at Whiteboard Advisors and supports Whiteboard Advisors' advocacy and government affairs strategy, working closely with local and state leaders, as well as non-profit organizations and associations, on issues related to education, workforce development, health, and wellness. She spends her days in close contact with policymakers at the federal, state, and local level; conducts research and analysis on a wide variety of education and health initiatives and policy priorities; and supports development and implementation of state government affairs strategies. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in leadership studies from the Jepson School at the University of Richmond. She spends her spare time boxing, playing soccer, and teaching English to adult learners at the Washington English Center in D.C.
