Building Resilience through Mindfulness and Meditation
Graduate school can leave us feeling overwhelmed and anxious. Meditation and mindfulness can't make those stressors go away, but they can definitely help you manage your responses to them and your ability to become resilient. In this workshop we will try out several meditation and mindfulness methods that can help you reduce your anxiety levels in real time and will be tools you can use in the future to help with longer term stress management. This workshop is open to all Pratt graduate students and no prior experience with meditation and mindfulness is required. Experienced meditators are also welcome!
