Join the Environmental Law Society for a discussion with Federal Judge James Boasberg, moderated by Professor Roady. Judge Boasberg serves the United States District Court for the District of Columbia and has handled several high-profile environmental cases, including battles over right whales, ocean monuments, and the Dakota Access Pipeline. He has also recently served as the Presiding Judge of the United States Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court from 2020 to 2021.
