Panel Discussion: Market-Based Solutions to Sanitation
We know that public finance and traditional charity alone cannot meet the need for affordable sanitation and hygiene in emerging markets, but taking a market-based approach is increasingly viewed as a promising method to scale the quality and delivery of life-saving sanitation through private partnership. This panel will discuss how social enterprises, funders, and organizations like UNICEF work to both shape markets and to create market-based solutions to meet SDG 6 targets.
