Using Mindfulness to Manage Stress
Graduate school can leave us feeling overwhelmed and anxious. Mindfulness can help you manage your responses and your ability to become resilient. In this workshop we will try out several meditation and mindfulness methods that can help you reduce your anxiety levels in real time while providing you with techniques that you can use in the future to help with longer term stress management. No prior experience with meditation and mindfulness is required, experienced meditators are also welcome!
