Stress Management 101: Easy Exercises to Reduce Stress and Tension in Your Body

Experience introduction to yoga stretches and breathing techniques to improve muscle ease, clear thinking and your energy while at your desk or in your office. We will practice calming, relaxing breath work and stretching of feet, hips, shoulders and spine. Come dressed in comfortable clothes to move in.Dr. Shelley Wroth obtained her medical doctorate from the College of Physicians and Surgeons at Columbia University and completed her residency training inobstetrics and gynecology at Duke University Medical Center.
