Being active by running or walking is a great way to manage weight, increase activity and combat stress. Make the move toward better health. Duke Run/Walk Club is a 12 week program running March 13th through June 1. Whether you are looking to start a beginner-level walking program, or you are an avid runner looking for a group to run with, the Run/Walk Club program is for anyone willing to lace up their sneakers. We have groups on 3 different campuses, including Duke Raleigh.
