Light lunch will be served. | About the lecture:Disgust is a powerful emotion that has been little studied. Yet it is important that we understand it because it plays a major role in our lives and in our health-related behaviour. Disgust evolved to help animals avoid pathogens and parasites, but in humans has extended to underpin our manners and our morality. In this talk Val will describe research on the manifestations of disgust and into the ways in which it can be used to improve health and wellbeing.
