Spurring the Shift to Smart Growth

Heinrich Böll Foundation president and former co-president of Germany's national Green Party (1989¿1990), Ralf Fücks will discuss how we deal with our current financial, resource scarcity, and climate crises by paying attention to their ecological and economical components at Duke University April 15.
