 The event will be in Room 131. \nIn this novel approach to law and litera
 ture\, Robert Barsky delves into the canon of so-called Great Books\, and
  discovers that many beloved characters therein encounter obstacles simil
 ar to those faced by contemporary refugees and undocumented persons. The 
 struggles of Odysseus\, Moses\, Aeneas\, Dante\, Satan\, Dracula and Alic
 e in Wonderland\, among many others\, provide surprising insights into cu
 rrent discussions about those who have left untenable situations in their
  home countries in search of legal protection. Law students\, lawyers\, s
 ocial scientists\, literary scholars and general readers who are interest
 ed in learning about international refugee law and immigration regulation
 s in home and host countries will find herein a plethora of details about
  border crossings\, including those undertaken to flee pandemics\, civil 
 unrest\, racism\, intolerance\, war\, forced marriage\, or limited opport
 unities in their home countries.\n\nRobert Barsky works at the intersecti
 on of humanities and law\, with a focus on border crossings. He is a Tier
  1 Canada Research Chair (Law\, Narrative and Border Crossing 19-20). Bar
 sky is a Professor of Humanities and a jointly appointed Faculty Member i
 n the Law School at Vanderbilt University.

DESCRIPTION:Ballet Barre For All Bodies re-imagines the dance class as a r
 adically inclusive and supportive environment for a diverse range of move
 rs. In the workshop\, we will center the joy of dancing as we explore the
  traditional principles of ballet technique in a fun and affirming enviro
 nment. Participants will have the opportunity to stretch\, bend\, balance
 \, twirl\, and soar while discovering the inner and outer strength and gr
 ace that ballet cultivates.\n\nA variety of modifications will be offered
  to adapt class combinations for a wide range of abilities. Movers of all
  levels\, backgrounds\, and identities are welcome and encouraged to join
 . Participants should wear comfortable clothes\, bare feet\, socks or fla
 t dance shoes.\n\nDISCLAIMER: This program involves physical exertion and
  movement through and across space\, so before beginning ensure you have 
 adequate clear\, safe space free of obstacles to move and are wearing app
 ropriate footwear for the floor surface. If more than one person will be
