 harged\, and have a personal impact on members of our academic community 
 in deep ways. The challenge for us as an educational community is to enha
 nce understanding and build skills that lead to shared learning and const
 ructive dialogue. In this workshop\, you will hear from faculty peers and

 ted regulatory and policy initiatives at the agency and advised the Chair
 man on regulatory and policy matters.\n\nPrior to joining the FDIC\, Mr. 
 Hill served as Senior Counsel at the United States Senate Committee on Ba
 nking\, Housing\, and Urban Affairs\, where he worked from 2013 to 2018. 
 \n\nMr. Hill received a BS in Economics from Duke in 2006. He also holds 
 a Juris Doctor degree from Georgetown University Law Center.
