The Future Technical Leaders (FTL) Program recruits, identifies, and grooms the next generation of technology visionaries. Selected individuals complete three one-year rotations working on a variety of projects that provide specialized training, networking opportunities, mentoring by senior technologists, and management visibility. This diverse program enables FTL participants to rotate across a multitude of subject areas, from health to defense, public safety, aeronautical engineering, computer engineering, and more. Participants can also have a variety of roles, such as engineering, project management, business strategy, and business development.
