Leadership in the Pandemic: What is working and lessons learned

Between the pandemic and many other stressful events, it may have seemed impossible to get any work done. In addition, you may have tried some new things that you would like to carry forward into our "new normal." Come and hear from 4 Duke faculty members who have made things work and even thrived while running their labs in these strange times. We will discuss how they kept their research going, how they have supported their trainees, and valuable lessons learned. The audience will be invited to share insights as well.
