Tissue Flower Collage

Tissue collage emerged as a unique art technique from Decoupage, a French artistic technique which included gluing cut papers and pictures from magazines onto wood or furniture, to be varnished. Using a similar technique, participants in this workshop will use a range of colors and papers to create a large, radial floral design that can have 3D elements as well.
