Chef's Demo w/ Matthew Krenz

Join us for an evening of culinary exploration at The Chef's Kitchen with Executive Chef Matthew Krenz from The Asbury, Charlotte, NC's top-rated restaurant, located inside The Dunhill Hotel! Chef Krenz will be instructing how to create "Sticky Biscuits"-a signature "bite" at The Asbury- which is a creation of buttermilk biscuit dough rolled and slathered with butter and brown sugar, sprinkled with 14-month aged Benton's Country Ham and then rolled up and baked off (like a mini cinnamon roll) and drizzled with a savory goat cheese frosting. Chef Krenz will also be tapping into end-of-the-season farm-fresh tomatoes to show the group how easy it is to use a few simple ingredients to take a simple bite of fish from good to great!

The first 16 to register will be able to participate in the taste panel and hands-on experience. All other attendees will be able to watch the demo in The Chef's Kitchen. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the event start time-all seats not filled by 5:00pm will be available on a first come, first serve basis.
