The conference will take place at 215 Morris St, Suite 300 in Durham from 9am-1:30pm on Saturday, February 23 and will feature talks by:

Andrea Hyde, Former CEO, Draper James
Sterling Ingui, Head of Go To Market, Fidelity Labs
Tiana Horn, Founder, Flower Child Remedies, Inc.

Plus a workshop on negotiation led by Kimberly Wade-Benzoni, Associate Professor of Business Administration and Center of Leadership and Ethics Scholar at the Fuqua School of Business.

Our speakers will cover the following themes:
1. Mentorship - how, when and who to ask for help; building a network
2. Negotiation - advocating for yourself to be compensated fairly
3. Confidence - speaking up and overcoming insecurities
4. Resilience - taking risks and moving forward from failure
In order to attend the conference, you must complete the application no later than January 25.
