The two-part workshop approaches singers as vocal athletes who need to exercise their voices to avoid vocal injuries and will address vocal challenges during COVID-19. In addition to singers, the workshop is designed for actors, choral directors, music educators, and other performers.
This session covers how to develop healthy vocal habits, age-related voice changes, an introduction to basic vocal conditioning exercises, and tips to keep your voice in shape during COVID-19.
Zebulon Highben, director of Chapel Music, will moderate the sessions.
Attendance at the first session of the workshop is not required to participate in the second session.
